The average residential property value in Rathkeale is €139,361 (100+ PSRA registered sales) making homes relatively affordable compared to Adare (€284,734), Patrickswell (€182,055), and the Limerick County average (€163,329.) On the other hand, Rathkeale’s average is more expensive than Ballingarry, Askeaton, Newcastle West and Abbeyfeale.

The 61% of Rathkeale residents who own their own home might look at the numbers believing that their biggest investment has room to appreciate when Rathkeale rejuvenates.
